Link Leaders are experienced high school students that meet for training before summer and serve as individual mentors for small groups of freshmen. Link Leaders' most important day is the first day of school when only the freshmen come to school (sophomores, junior, and seniors start their school year the next day), where they spend the whole day with their groups doing prepared activities with the freshmen students.
